action would be harmful to both the soil and surrounding eco-system and would not be economically beneficial. Rather Natural Farming has adopted the strategy to operate as efficiently and effectively across a large area of land, to produce healthy yields at minimum cost.

We have set up various programs, including training and social initiatives, to ensure a loyal and skilled workforce. It has also meant that Natural Farming has become a trusted partner and preferred provider of jobs in the region which has allowed it to operate efficiently and also benefit from various federal and local government incentives and subsidies to optimize its operations and create business opportunities.
